摘　　要：介绍了炼钢厂连铸生产中的塞棒自动控制系统。该系统利用西门子S7 300PLC接收液位信号,然后将实测值与设定值进行比较,通过分析及运算,控制塞棒动作,从而保证结晶器内钢水液面稳定。这不仅提高了钢坯质量,而且实现了全自动浇钢。The paper introduces the stopper auto control system of Conti.casting in steel-making plant.Controlled by the S7-300 PLC,it receives the information of liquid level,and compares the measured values and given values,through analysis and calculation,controls the movement of stopper.This makes the liquid level in the crystallizer keep stable.In this way, quality of products is improved and also auto conti.casting is fulfilled.
