摘 要:研究了初级线圈与次级线圈间的匝数比、激励电压、激励电源频率、铁芯直径等对差动变压器灵敏度的影响.结果表明:1)当次级线圈的匝数小于6702匝时,灵敏度与匝数成线性关系.2)灵敏度与激励电压在实验范围内呈线性关系.3)当激励频率fEXC=0kHz~1 14kHz时,灵敏度与fEXC成线性关系;当fEXC=1 14kHz~13 5kHz时,灵敏度与fEXC无关;当fEXC继续增大时,灵敏度反而减少.4)铁芯直径增大,灵敏度随之增加.因此,通过改变匝数比、激励电压的大小与频率、铁芯的直径等可改善差动变压器的灵敏度.The influence of the ratio of primary coil and secondary coil,excitation voltage,excitation frequency,diameter of the magnetic core on the sensitivity of the differential transformer are mainly analyzed.The result shows that:1)When the coil number is less than 6702,sensitivity has linear relationship with the number. 2)In the experimental range,sensitivity has linear relationship with the excitation voltage. 3)When the excitation frequency f_(EXC)=0 kHz~1.14 kHz,the sensitivity has linear relationship with f_(EXC);When f_(EXC)=1.14 kHz~13.5 kHz,sensitivity has no relavant to f_(EXC);sensitivity decreases with the increase of f_(EXC). 4)Sensitivity increases with the diametre of magnetic core.Therefore,the sensitivity of differential transformer improves by changing the ratio of primary coil and secondary coil,excitation volage,excitation frequency and diameter of magnetic core etc..
