摘　　要：社会发展的本质是创新,经济发展的本质是"转化"。科学向技术的转化问题一直是制约我国经济发展的瓶颈问题,是落实科学技术是第一生产力的关键问题。文章系统探讨了科学与技术的异同,在此基础上深入探讨了科学向技术转化的本质、条件和要求等。Ihe essenceof social development is innovation while the essence of economic development is transformation. The problem of transforming scientific advances into technologicalproductive forcehas been impeding Chinese economic development for a long time and restricting China from implementing the thought of Science and Technology Are the First Productive Forces. This paper makes a systematic study of the differences and relations between science and technology and continues by investigating the essence, conditions and requirements of transforming science into technology.
