摘　　要：采用髋臼骨折二柱学说原理 ,将髋臼周围组织划分为 3个解剖区域 ,使手术视野充分暴露 ,减少术中出血量 ,缩短手术时间 。To adopt the principle of two column theory on acetabulum fracture;divide the acetabular peripheric tissues into three anatomical regions;expose the vision of operative field fully;reduce the operative hemorrhagic volume;shorten the operative time;and increase the operative security.
