昆明山海棠胶囊对大鼠佐剂性关节炎T淋巴细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨昆明山海棠胶囊对大鼠佐剂性关节炎 T细胞的作用。方法 :复制大鼠佐剂性关节炎动物模型 ,采用免疫组化法对大鼠外周血及关节滑膜 T细胞亚群 CD4 +和 CD8+进行检测。结果 :与正常组相比较 ,模型组大鼠外周血中 CD4 +细胞数以及 CD4 +/ CD8+比值均明显增高 ;关节滑膜 CD4 +细胞免疫组化反应阳性 ,呈现弥散性黄染。经昆明山海棠胶囊治疗后 ,外周血中 CD4 +细胞数明显减少 ;CD4 +/ CD8+比值明显降低 ;可改善滑膜淋巴细胞浸润情况。结论 :昆明山海棠胶囊具有免疫调节作用。Objective:To explore the effect of Kunmingshanhaitan (KMSHT) capsule to T cells of adjuvant arthritis (AA) in rats.Methods:We duplicated AA in rats.The number of CD 4+ and CD 8+ subtype cells was tested by immunohistochemistry in blood and synovium.Results:Compared with normal control rats, the AA rats showed that the number of CD 4+ subtype cells increased significantly, and the ratio of CD 4+/CD 8+ markedly elevated. The CD 4+ stained yellow by immunohistochemistry in synovium was abundant. After treatment by KMSHT capsule, the number of CD 4+ cells and the ratio of CD 4+/CD 8+ markedly decreased. The knee synovium infiltration of lymphocytes was reduced.Conclusion:KMSHT capsule has the effect of immunoregulation.
