铍针治疗皮神经卡压综合症的临床研究

摘　　要：为了客观评价铍针治疗皮神经卡压综合症的临床效果 ,设计应用铍针治疗全身各处皮神经卡压综合征患者 3 5 0例。采用疼痛指数结合临床症状、体征对治疗前后进行疗效评定 ,并进行统计学处理。结果表明 :铍针治疗前后疼痛视角模拟指数经统计学处理 (组间 T检验 )显示两者有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 0 1 ) ,治愈 1 95例 (占 5 5 .71 % ) ,显效 5 2例 (占 1 4.85 % ) ,好转 93例 (占 2 6.5 7% ) ,总有效率 97.1 5 %。提示用铍针治疗皮神经卡压综合征是一种安全、简便、疗效肯定、易于推广的新疗法。To objectively evaluate the clinical effect of 'PI ZHEN' (Pi needle) on cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome (CNES). 'PI ZHEN' was used to treat 350 cases which were almostly contained all sorts of CNES. Compared the pain Indexes, clinical symptoms and signs of before treatment with that of after treatment, The statistical treatment showed a very significant diffierence (P<0.0001).of 350 cases ,195 cases (55.71%) were cured,52 cases (14.85%) reached obvious effect,93 cases(26.57%) were improved and the total effective rate reached 97.15%.Suggesting that the 'PI ZHEN' therapy should be safety, ease, convenient , cheap, effective and provide a new therapy for the treatment of CNES, easy to be popularized.
