祛瘀宁痛贴治疗急性软组织损伤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究祛瘀宁痛贴治疗急性软组织损伤的药理作用。方法 :采用大鼠急性软组织损伤模型和足跖血肿模型 ,观察本品的治疗作用。结果 :祛瘀宁痛贴 0 .3 g· kg- 1、0 .9g· kg- 1、1 .8g·kg- 1生药都能明显地减轻损伤组织的出血、瘀血 ,促进血肿吸收和瘀斑消散 ;显著地减轻损伤局部肌纤维的肿胀、变性坏死 ,炎细胞浸润 ,促进损伤局部肌纤维再生。结论 :祛瘀宁痛贴有明显地消肿、祛瘀、抑制损伤组织无菌性炎症反应和促进组织修复的作用。Objective:To investigate the pharmacological actions of Quyuningtong paster (QYNTP) on treating acute soft tissue injury in rats.Methods:The models of acute soft tissue injury in rats caused by strike and plantar hematoma in rats resulted from themselves blood were established to observe the therapeutic effects of QYNTP on acute soft tissue injury in rats and the dissipation of hematoma on plantar hematoma in rats.Results: QYNTP(0.3g·kg -1?0.9g·kg -1?1.8g·kg -1) could not only significantly relieve the bleeding,blood stasis, reinforce the absorption of hematoma and the dissipation of ecchymosis, it also remarkably reduce the swelling, degenerative necrosis of muscle fibe,infiltration of inflammatory cell,promote the regeneration of muscle fibe on injury tissue in rats.Conclusion:QYNTP has remarkable effects of eliminating swelling, dispersing blood stasis and inhibiting aseptic inflammation and accelerating repair on the injury tissue.
