摘  要:目的 :研究牛膝多糖对哮喘 Th1 /Th2失衡的免疫调节作用 ,以及其与地塞米松作用的异同之处。方法 :清洁级雄性 SD大鼠随机分为六组 :正常对照组 ( C) ,哮喘组 ( A) ,牛膝多糖 ( ABPS)治疗组 ( T1、T2、T3) ,地塞米松治疗组 ( T4)。采用卵清白蛋白复制大鼠哮喘模型 ;夹心酶联免疫吸附试验 ( sandwich ELISA)法检测血及支气管肺泡灌洗液 ( BALF)中 IL- 4、IFN-γ水平。结果 :A组大鼠血及 BALF中 IL- 4水平均较 C组高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,BALF中 IFN- γ水平低于 C组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。ABPS治疗各组血及 BALF中 IL- 4水平均明显低于 A组 ,血中 IFN- γ水平高于 A组 ,但 BALF中IFN- γ水平与 A组相比无明显差异。T4组 IL- 4水平最接近 C组 ,而 IFN- γ水平与 ABPS治疗组相似。结论 :ABPS纠正哮喘 Th1 /Th2失衡的作用与地塞米松有相似之处 ,在哮喘的治疗中至少可以替代地塞米松的一部分作用 ,同时减轻其副作用。Objective: To study the immune adjustment effect of achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides(ABPS) on Th1/Th2 imbalance in asthmatics, and compare its effect with that of dexamethasone(Dex).Methods:Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were divided randomly into 6 groups: normal control group(C), asthma group(A), ABPS treatment group(T1、T2、T3), Dex treatment group(T4). Asthma model group rates were sensitized intraperitioneally and challengenged nebulizedly with ovalbumin(OVA). The levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum and BALF were checked by ELISA. Results: The level of IL-4 in serum and BALF in A group was higher than that in in C group( P <0.01) ; the level of IFN-γ in BALF in A group was lower than that in C group( P <0.01).The level of IL-4 in serum and BALF in treatment group was significantly lower than that in A group, the level of serum IFN-γ being higher than that in A group, while the level of IFN-γ in BALF being no significantly difference from in that in A group. The level of IL-4 in T4 group was nearest to that in C group, while the level of IFN-γ in T4 group was near to that in ABPS treatment group. Conclusion:ABPS can adjust the Th1/Th2 imbalance in asthma, which has the effect like that of Dex,. At least, ABPS can take the place of some effect of Dex in treating asthma , and reduce some side-effect of Dex.
