冷旋近似椭圆封头与标准椭圆封头的比较

摘　　要：本文对冷旋近似椭圆封头与标准椭圆封头(JB1154—73)的成型方法、几何特征及应力状态进行了分析比较。结果表明,冷旋近似椭圆封头是碟形封头。本文指出,冷旋近似椭圆封头不能直接等效地代用标准椭圆封头(JB1154—73)。本文也给出了一个两者的简单代用关系。The methods of the forming, characteristics of the geometry and states of stress of the cold spinning approximate ellipsoidal heads with that of the standard ellipsoidal heads (JB1154-73) are analyzed and compared in this paper. The result shows that the former is the dished heads.This paper shows that it can not replace directly equivalenly the standard ellipsoidal heads (JB1154-73) by the cold spinning approximate ellipsoidal heads.The paper gives a simple equivalent relation between the cold spinning approximate ellipsoidal heads and the standard ellipsoidal heads.
