摘  要:本文通过对Cr5Mo管线裂纹的试验和分析表明:这些裂纹是在焊接过程中产生的,而不是在服役过程中形成的;由于管线应力水平低,在高温服役条件下,裂纹没有扩展,管线是相当安全的。The joint of Cr5Mo piping welded with stainless steel electrode has served for 15 years in the reforming workshop, Gaoqiao Refinery. Lack of fusion and cracks were found at the roots of the incomplete penetration defect. Tests have proved that these cracks such as hot cracks and cold cracks were not formed during the service of the pipeline, but in the welding process. Tests also show that these cracks haven't propagated in the elevated-temperature and long-time service (about 15 vears)because of its lower stress level. So the nineline is safe in service conditions.
