摘　　要：本文研究了超载处理对溶解乙炔气瓶疲劳寿命的影响。通过在钢瓶筒身处预制贯穿裂纹的疲劳试验和钢瓶的静强度试验,得出其最佳超载压力为9.0MPa。This paper investigates the effects of overloading on the fatigue life of steel acetylence cylinder. The fatigue tests and the stregth tests of cylinders show that the optimum overloading ressure is 9.0 MPa for steel acetylence cylinder. Neither fracture nor yield occures in the cylinder at such overloading pressure.
