摘　　要：本文介绍大直径厚壁椭圆封头瓦瓣片拼接方案选择,工装设计指导思想,冷却滑块研制,焊接试验及产品焊接变形的测量数据,经济效益分析等。用电渣焊接法解决大直径厚壁椭圆封头瓦瓣片拼接成功,为采用高质高效焊接方法制造大型石油化工容器部件开发了一条新路。The selection of welding process,the design principle of fixtures and cooling shoes were de- scribed for welding pieces of ellipsoid head with large diameter and thickness.Besides,the welding procedure,welding deformations and economical benefit also were introduced. This electro-slag welding technique develops a high efficiency and high quality way in man- ufacturing heavy vessels of petroleum and chemical industry.
