恐怖组织犯罪与黑恶势力犯罪的比较分析

摘　　要：恐怖组织犯罪与黑恶势力犯罪都是危害严重的有组织犯罪,两者在组织特征、行为手段等方面非常接近,因此,在司法实践中认定具体行为时极易混淆该两类犯罪。因此,有必要以犯罪构成特征为基础对两类犯罪进行比较分析。Terroristic organization crime and underground weight crime all are organizing misfeasance,they are extremely similar in organization characteristics and means of behavior, in juridical practice, herewith it made confusions with the two kinds of crime in concretion behavior cognizance.But two kinds of crimes are evidently distinguished in the infringed criminal object, in concretion content and some details.
