芪柴复肝汤对CCl_4所致大鼠慢性肝损伤的影响

摘　　要：芪柴复肝汤能明显降低CCl4所致肝损伤大鼠血清ALT、AST ,提高A/G比值 ,降低肝组织中HPA含量 ,减轻肝细胞的变性坏死 ,抑制肝纤维化 ,表明本方对慢性肝损伤有很好的治疗作用。A model of chronic hepatic injury induced by CCl_4 was used to investigate the effect of Qichai Fugan Tang in rat. The results showed that the serum ALT?AST activity were significantly decreased, serum A/G ratio was increased, HPA content of liver tissue was lowered, degeneration and necrosis of liver cells was abated, and hepatic fibrosis was inhibited after treatment with Qichai Fugan Tang. It is concluded that Qichai Fugan Tang has therapeutic effects on chronic hepatic injury by CCl_4 in rat.
