摘　　要：高校试办独立学院是高教改革的新探索,它的产生和发展是经济与社会发展的产物。独立学院在办学过程中,需要创造一种新的管理模式,并注意解决发展中的困难和问题,才能保障自己健康快速的发展。Trial independent college is a new probe to higher education reform. It is an inevitable product of social and economic development, requires a new management model. We should solve the problems arising in its development so as to guarantee the healthy and fast development.
