摘　　要：介绍了城市规划公众参与的背景及其在我国的发展 ,分析了我国公众参与研究的不足之处。在借鉴欧美城市规划公众参与的成功经验的基础上 ,结合我国的具体实际情况 ,提出了可操作性较强的“公众参与生长模式”。This paper introduces the background of public participation of urban plan and its development in China, analyzes the shortage of the research in Chinese public participation of urban plan. On the basis of successful experience in European and America countries, in combination with Chinese particular situation, the writer suggests a model which is called “public participation growth model” to make public participation more practicable to apply in China.
