腔内钬激光治疗输尿管结石并发息肉

摘　　要：目的 :探讨输尿管结石并发输尿管息肉的腔内钬激光治疗的效果。方法 :用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石 ,同时气化、切割息肉 72例 ,术后均放置输尿管支架管 1～ 12周。结果 :72例术后症状均好转或消失 ,3个月后 ,随访到 6 8例 ,B超检查肾积水均有不同程度的减轻 ,其中有 2 3例消失。 32例作腹部平片 (KUB)及静脉尿路造影 (IVU)检查显示结石均消失 ,输尿管未见狭窄。也未见息肉复发。结论 :对输尿管结石停留在同一部位 3～ 4个月以上 ,及ESWL两次以上未见排石 ,要考虑到同时并发输尿管息肉的可能。Purpose:To study the therapeutic effects of ureteric stones complicated with ureteric ployps with Holmium laser intrauretercal surgery , explore the causes and mechanisms.Methods:All patients were operated with Holmium laser Lithotripsy and electronic resection of ureteric ployps under Ureterscope, Indwelled ureteral stents 1-12 weeks after opera tion.Results:Symptons of 72 case lightened or disappeared after surgical operations.3 months later, the hydronephrosis of 68 patients (who were tracked) turned to better,23 cases were cured. The stones and the strictures of 32 cases disappeared , no ployps recured.Conclusions:In case that the stone has remained in the same place of the ureter for 3-4 months or longer, the possibility of ureteric ployps should be taken into account. Combining Holmium Laser lithotripsy with electronic resection of ureteric ployps is an effective operation for patients with ureteric stones complicated ployps.
