摘　　要：冷战以后,美国调整其全球战略,加强了对亚太地区的战略渗透,在地缘格局上逐渐对中国形成了战略包围。在美国亚太地缘战略步步进逼的态势下,中国赖于生存和发展的亚太地缘空间正被挤压和威胁,而因缺乏有效还击手段,使中国对外战略面临着发展与安全的两难困境。面对这一态势,正确处理对美关系,确立正确有效的对外战略,以保障国内建设的顺利进行,已成为当务之急。After the Cold War, the U.S. regulated its global strategy, strengthened its strategy permeation into the Asian and Pacific Area, thus the enclosure to China was formed in geo-strategic situation and the geologic space China depended on was being entrusted and menaced. In addition, being lack of effective defense, Chinese external strategy has difficulties in safety and development.
