摘　　要：本研究为实验室工作的继续,在中试装置进行环氧丙烷环氧乙烷嵌段共聚醇醚润滑油抗乳化剂放大试验。本研究工作实现了采用乳状活性起始剂的聚合过程,解决了聚合反应初期出现“诱导期”而引起的一系列问题;由实验数据绘制的反应温度等值线图可以用来确定最佳操作条件,并能使聚合反应温度保持在25±5℃范围内。评定和实际应用的试验表明本工艺的产品在重负荷工业齿轮油等工业用油中的抗乳化效果达到美国同类产品的水平。In this polymerization process an emulsified active starter was used to resolve a series of problems caused by the slow reaction at the beginning;a reaction isothermal chart drawn according to the experimental data was used to select the optimal condition which maintains the reaction timperature at 125±5°C. Evaluation tests and the practical application to N460 heavy load industrial gear oil and other lubricants showed that the demulsifing property of the product is as good as foreign demul-sifiers.
