论我国民族自治地方的法律变通权

摘　　要：法律变通权是我国民族自治地方自治权的重要体现。它对我国法律在少数民族地区的稳定实施起到了重要作用。法律变通权包含两方面的内容:一是制定法律时的变通权,二是执行法律时的变通权。必须从立法上、制度上解决现实中存在的问题,法律变通权在民族自治地方才能真正得到充分、完全的行使,发挥它应有的作用。The legal adaptation power is the vital embodiment of autonomy in the autonomous areas of minority nationalities in our nation. This power containing two aspects, one of which is the accommodation power for enacting the laws and the other of which is the one for enforcing the laws, has played a key role in enforcing the laws steadily in the autonomous areas of minority nationalies in our nation. Some achievements have been made in terms of the legal adaptation in the autonomous areas. In general, however, these, achivements are not as astisfactory sa what have expected and there still exist a lot to be perfected. Therefore, We must solve the actual existng problems from the, legislative and systematic point of view so that the legal adaptation power can be fully carried out and can play its due role .
