摘　　要：根据板料成型过程中模具的运动特点和它与板料的相互关系,建立了接触问题的虚功方程和接触单元技术,并对板料成型数值模拟中的接触点模型、接触边界模型、接触力计算模型和摩擦模型等问题进行了详细分析.最后用一个实例进行了验证.According to the moving feature of the mould and the relationship between the tool and the blank,the equation of virtual work and the technique of contact element have been established,the contact point model,the contact boundary model,the calculation of the contact force model and the friction model in numerical simulation of the sheet metal forming are also analysed in detail.Finally,a simulation example is given.
