摘  要:目的 综述静脉顺应性的各种测量方法 ,评述失重或模拟失重对静脉顺应性的影响。 资料来源与选择 根据国内外公开发表的报道 ,研究论文、论著和专著 ,介绍近年来静脉顺应性测量方法和航天失重对其影响的研究情况。 资料引用 作者独立引用国内文献 6篇 ,国外文献 18篇 ,专著 1本。 资料综合 介绍了 ( 1)静脉顺应性测量方法 ,包括在体测量方法和离体测量方法。前者包括有创测量和无创测量。 ( 2 )静脉顺应性变化的影响因素包括 :年龄、静脉的解剖部位 ,以及血管压力和轴向伸长率、重力变化的影响。观点并不统一。 结论 静脉顺应性的测量方法虽然很多 ,但准确 ,又无创伤性的方法仍较少 ,有待于进一步改进和提高。Objective To summarize the studies about effect of weightlessness or weightlessness simulation on venous compliance and its measurement in recent years. Literature resource and selection Research papers, reviews and written research reports in this field. Literature quotation Twenty five published papers that have been published home and abroad were cited. Literature synthesis The methods of venous compliance measurement in vivo and in vitro were reviewed. The factors that affect the venous compliance including: the age of subjects, the anatomic site and histology of vein, inner pressure of vein and axis stretch ratio, and the gravity conditions were discussed. It was pointed out that the results of studies in this field was not unanimous, and the main reason was the adopted methods of measurement were different. Conclusions The methods of measurement of venous compliance need to be improved, and the study on changes of venous compliance after weightlessness or weightlessness simulation should be deepened.
