摘　　要：　供应链环境下企业合作存在委托-代理问题.通过数学建模,对所设计的收益分配模式进行分析,得到了影响承包商努力程度和收益分配系数的主要因素及其定量关系,为构建供应链企业间的协作机制提供参考.There is a relationship of principal-agent between cooperative enterprises under supply chain management. In this paper, a simple mathematical model is constructed. Using this model, the profit distribution scheme is analyzed , the related factors of the contrators' effort level and coefficient of profit distribution and the quantitative relationship are discussed. A reference is provided to build cooperation mechanism between the enterprises of supply-chain.
