东北农业产业化发展中的问题与对策

摘　　要：近年来 ,我国东北地区的农业产业化发展很快 ,取得了一定的成效。但仍存在着农业产业化水平低、农户分散与复杂多变的市场对接能力差、项目建设带有一定的盲目性 ,以及农业产业化发展的社会体系不健全等问题。为解决这些问题 ,应把农业产业化的发展与农业产业结构的战略加以调整 ,不断探索农业经营组织的创新以及优化布局、发展特色经济 ,提高社会服务水平 ,发展外向型农业要与东北亚区域经济合作结合起来 ,从而切实推进东北地区农业产业化的进程。The industrialization of agriculture in China's northeast area has developed very fast in recent years with significant achievement. But there are still problems in this area's agricultural industrialization, such as, the low lever of industrialization, the weak connection of the disparate peasants and the changing and complex market, the certain goal blurt of project construction, the incomplete of the social system for agricultural industrialization, etc. To solve these problems, we should make coordination with the development of agricultural development and the strategy of this field, continuously explore the new types of agricultural managerial organization, develop the economy with area character, raise the level of social services, develop the external oriented agriculture with the combination of regional economic cooperation in the Northeast Asia, eventually to promote the proceeding of the agricultural industrialization in China's northeast area fundamentally.
