摘　　要：本文阐述了航空科研院所设备维修的特点。在理论上对目前设备维修体系的不足进行了一定的分析和总结。提出了成立设备维修中心的流程再造,在维修与使用之间建立"供方"与"客户"的关系,形成设备维修的模拟市场,以达到配合航空科研院所体制改革的目的。This paper introduced the features of facility and equipment maintenan ce in aviation research institutes in China. The problems in facility and equipm ent maintenance system have been theoretically analyzed and summarized. A new bu siness and process reengineering (BPR) has been generated to create a facility a nd equipment maintenance center. This paper is to handle the relationship betwee n maintenance (supplier) and operation (customer), establish a simulated market of facility and equipment maintenance, and co-operate with the structural reform s in aviation research institutes.
