通心络胶囊对系膜增生性肾炎患者凝血、纤溶指标及蛋白尿的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨通心络胶囊对系膜增生性肾炎患者血浆D D聚体、抗凝血酶 III (AT III)含量及蛋白尿的影响。方法　将 70例系膜增生性肾炎患者配对后随机分为 2组 ,对照组给予常规药物治疗 ,治疗组给予常规药物加通心络胶囊治疗 ,4周为 1疗程。通过观察 2组患者治疗前后D D聚体、AT III含量及蛋白尿的变化评价疗效。结果　疗程结束后治疗组血浆AT III含量升高、蛋白尿减少 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组D D聚体含量明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组疗程结束后AT III、尿蛋白定量与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　通心络胶囊可以降低系膜增生性肾炎患者血浆D D聚体含量 ,提高血浆AT III含量 ,并能减少患者的蛋白尿。Objective To investigate the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on serum D-polymer, antithrombin III(AT-III)and proteinuria in patients with mesengial proliferative glomerulonephritis.Methods 70 patients with mesengial proliferative glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in control group were treated by routine therapy; the other 35 patients in treatment group were treated by Tongxinluo capsule combined with routine therapy,with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. The serum D-polymer,AT-III and proteinuria before and after treatment were observed for both groups.Results Afetr treatment, AT-III in treatment group was increased and the amount of proteinuria was decreased significantly (P<0.05),and D-polymer was obviously decreased (P<0.01). There were significant differences in AT-III and the amount of proteinuria between treatment group and control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can reduce serum D-polymer,increase AT-III and decrease the amount of proteinuria in patients with mesengial proliferative glomerulonephritis.
