摘 要:测定胎儿不同脏器的γ-GT(γ-谷氨酰转肽酶)活力,结果表明,胎儿脏器γ-GT的活力分布明显不同于成人。胎儿脏器γ-GT活力大小(mU/g.min)顺序为肝(269.57)(?)肾(269.10)>脾(73.91)>心(28.35)>脑(13.23)>胃(9.75)>肺(5.80)。在肝和胃中γ-GT主要分布于微粒体,分别为65.4%,84.6%,而在肾、脾、肺和脑组织中γ-GT主要分布于线粒(?)中,分别为90.8%,80.5%,58.9%,80.5%。The activities of the γ-glutamyltranspeptidase in various human fetal organs were determined. And it was found that they were greatly different from in adult organs. γ-GT activities of fetal liver and stomach were found mainly in microsomal fractions but that of fetal kidney, spleen, lung and brain mainly in mitochondrial fractions. According to the γ-GT activities(mU/g. w. w. ) of each fetal organ, it can be put in order as follows: liver(269.57), kidney(269.10), spleen(73.91), heart(28.35), brain(13.23), stomach(9.75), lung(5.80).
