摘 要:用改进的Kappler溶血空斑试验微孔法检测了草苁蓉乙醇提取物对小鼠抗体分泌细胞的影响。结果表明,用药组小鼠脾细胞对绵羊红细胞的IgM空斑形成细胞(PFC)数比对照组明显增加(P<0.01),在47~375mg/(kg·d)剂量范围内,随着剂量的增加,PFC数也增加,二者呈正相关(r=0.951)。证明草苁蓉可增强小鼠抗体分泌细胞的功能,改进后的方法比原法更简单、快速,重复性好,适合大量标本的检测。The effect of Boschniakia rossica on antibody secreting cells (ASC) of mice was measured by modified Kappler's method, the results were as follows; The numbers of IgM PFC of drug groups were significantly different as compared with control group (P< 0.01). Between 47mg/(kg·d) and 375mg/(kg·d), as the dose of drug increased, the numbers of PFC increased too (r=0951). It is concluded that Boschniakia rossicais able to enhance the function of ASC of mice. The modified method is more simple and radid, suited to measure a large number of samples.
