乙型肝炎患者及HBsAg携带者血清抗-HD,HDAg的检测

摘　　要：应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测延边地区135例乙型肝炎患者及HBsAg携带者中的HDAg和抗-HD.其中急性乙型肝炎41例、慢性迁延性肝炎10例、慢性活动性肝炎11例、肝硬化和肝癌各4例、HBsAg携带者65例.各种肝病患者和携带者中HDAg阳性率分别为7.1％和3.1％,但抗-HD均未检出.157 sera of 87 hepatopathes, 65 HBsAg carriers and 5 subjects with abnormity of only ALT, were detected for anti-HCV by means of ELISA between Nov. 1991 and Feb. 1991 in Yanbian area. The results were as follows: There were 33 positive cases and the total positive rate was 21.0%. The positive rate of the subjects with abnormity of only ALT was the highest (80.0%), acute hepatis and chronic persistent hepatits were the next (35.2% and 18.2%), HBsAg carriers and hepatocirrhosis were the lowest (6.2% and 0%).
