衰退产业创新的路径选择

摘　　要：衰退产业创新就是企业突破已结构化的产业的约束,运用技术创新、产品创新、市场创新或组合创新等来改变现有产业结构或创造全新产业的过程。产业创新是企业对付产业衰退的基本战略,也是衰退产业中企业的生存之道。根据产业关联度标准以及创新的难易程度可以把衰退产业创新的路径归结为产业竞争规则创新、产业延伸、创造全新产业三类。选择何种创新路径是衰退产业中企业创新的首要抉择。Innovating declining industries is defined as such that enterprises break off the restraints of structuralized industries and change the current industrial structure or create brand-new industries using technological, product, market and portfolio innovations. Industrial innovation is the basic strategy of an enterprise against industrial decline and for survival. The paths of innovating declining industries can be divided as follows: innovation of industrial competition regulations, industrial extension and creation of brand new industries. Which path of innovation to choose is the first step to successful innovation of enterprises in declining industries.
