摘　　要：该文从一个崭新视角 ,将文化因素置于西部民族地区经济落后的分析框架 ,认为该区域经济落后的深层次原因在于文化因素 ,尤其是逆市场的传统文化对市场经济发育的迟滞作用是该区域经济发展落后最根本的隐性因素和重要原因。From a new angle of view, this essay takes cultural factors into consideration in analyzing the laggard economy of western China. It holds that the sluggishness of the western ethnic regional economy roots in its culture, especially the anti-market culture which has been preventing the development of market-oriented economy.
