摘　　要：嘉兴出口加工区作为国家级出口加工区 ,是浙江省接轨上海、加快开放型经济发展的重要载体。该文从嘉兴出口加工区主导产业定位的现状出发 ,以现代产业经济学理论为指导 ,分析了世界出口加工区的发展趋向及嘉兴自身的特点及优势 ,提出了嘉兴出口加工区主导产业选择的若干原则。Jiaxing EPZ (Export Processing Zone) , as a national export processing zone, is an important carrier for the conformation of Jiaxing with Shanghai and for the export-oriented development of the economy in Jiaxing. The paper applies new industrial theoretical approaches to the analyzing of the existing situation, the developing trend, advantages and features of Jiaxing EPZ. Some principles are put forward of the choice of industry in EPZ in Jiaxing China.
