摘 要:目的 初步探讨脾气虚证 (脾虚证 )模型动物Th1 、Th2 细胞因子变化以及四君子汤对其影响。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA法 ) ,检测脾虚模型大鼠以及运用四君子汤、柴胡疏肝散治疗后T淋巴细胞上清IFN -γ、IL -4的含量。结果 与正常组相比较 ,脾虚模型大鼠IFN -γ明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,IL -4明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。用四君子汤治疗后 ,IFN -γ上升 ,IL -4则下降 ,与正常组相比较 ,两者基本恢复到正常水平 (P >0 0 5 ) ;而经柴胡疏肝散治疗后与正常组相比较 ,IFN -γ、IL -4的含量无明显变化 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 脾虚证模型大鼠Th1 /Th2 细胞因子处于失衡状态 ,Th细胞向Th2 向偏移 ;四君子汤可以上调IFN -γ以及下调IL -4的表达 ,纠正脾虚证模型大鼠Th1 /Th2Objective To investigate change of Th 1/Th 2 Cytokines in the rats with spleen deficiency syndrome and effect of decoction of SiJunZi on it. Methods The contents of IL-4 and IFN-γ in the T cells of the rats with spleen deficiency syndrome before and after treatment of decoction of SiJunZi and powder of ChaiHuShuGan were detected by ELISA. Results Compared with normal group, the content of IFN-γ decreased (P<0 05), while content of IL-4 mRNA increased (P<0 05) in the T cells of the rats with spleen deficiency syndrome. After treated with decoction of SiJunZi, the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 were up-regulated and down-regulated respectively, which almost reached to nomal levels(P>0 05). After treated with powder of ChaiHuShuGan, the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ did not obviously change compared with normal group (P<0 05). Conclusions In the rats with spleen deficiency syndrome, there might be an imbalance in the Th 1 and Th 2 subsets, which shifts Th 1 towards Th 2. Decoction of SiJunZi could up-regulate the level of IFN-γ, down-regulate the level of IL-4, and correct the imbalance state of Th 1/Th 2 cytokines.
