摘  要:目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)在炎性子宫出血中的作用及三七复合有效成分的影响。方法 :选择月经正常雌性育龄恒河猴 1 1只 ,随机分为中药组 (三七复合有效成分 ) 4只、模型组 4只及正常对照组 3只。应用化学比色法中一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)蛋白的表达水平。结果 :中药组与模型组比较 ,子宫内膜NO、iNOS的活性及iNOS蛋白表达水平明显降低 ,差异有显著性意义 ,P <0 .0 1 ;与正常组相比差异无显著性意义。结论 :NO可能参与了炎性子宫出血的发病机制 ,三七减少炎性子宫出血的机制可能与调节NO、iNOS的活性及iNOS蛋白表达水平有关。Objective: To discuss on the efficacy of NO and iNOS in inflammatory Metrorrhagia with compound utility components of Sanchi. Methods: 11 cases of female rhesus monkey with normal menses were divided into 3 groups, including Chinese medicine group (4 cases), model group (4 cases) and normal control group (3 cases), detecting the expression level of iNOS with chemical chromatometry. Results: Contrasted with model group, the activity of NO and iNOS in mucous membrane and the expression level in iNOS protein of Chinese medicine group has distinctly decreased contrasted with model group (P<0.01), without significant difference to normal group. Conclusion: NO could take part in the pathogenesis of inflammatory uterine hemorrhage. Sanchi could decreased the inflammatory uterine hemorrhage, which mechanism was close relation to adjusting the activity of NO and iNOS and the expression level in iNOS protein
