常熟民营经济进一步发展面临的问题及对策

摘　　要：新世纪以来,常熟民营经济呈现出巨大的发展潜力和发展活力。但也面临着家族制管理、融资困难、竞争力弱化、经营环境欠公平等问题,解决这些问题的对策是进一步改革家族制管理,扩大融资渠道,吸取内外资,改善经营软硬环境。The private economy in Changshu city has presented a tremendous developing potentiality and vitality since the new century began.The main reasons for the development of Changshu private economy are discussed basing on investigation and research.The paper also puts forword proposals in reforming clan system,increasing the channels of fiancing,absorbing more foreign and domestic capital for further improvements of private economy.
