摘　　要：R＆D过程管理是R＆D管理中的重要组成部分,其方法和手段影响R＆D管理的效率。首先从R＆D流程的结构化程度分析R＆D过程管理对信息技术/信息系统(IT/IS)应用的需求,接着分析基于IT/IS的R＆D过程管理方法的进展,最后指出IT/IS对R＆D过程管理发展的平台和促进作用。The management of R&D process is an important part in R&D management,and its approaches and tools have much influence on the efficiency of R&D management. Based on the analysis of the reqnirement of R&D for IT/IS applications from the perspective of the type of R&D process structure,it examines several R&D process management approaches in the evolvement. As a result,it concludes the roles of IT/IS as the platform and enabler in R&D process management.
