摘  要:本文报告了国产Forskolin降眼压作用的研究结果。实验研究表明Forskolin可有意义地降低正常兔眼压,2%、1%、0.5%Forskolin降眼压的最大下降值分别为0.59、0.36和0.19kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg),有明显的量效关系.点眼后半小时眼压开始下降,2~3小时达高峰,维持约10小时。本药不引起瞳孔的变化,可拮抗水负荷所致的实验性高眼压(p<0.01)。本药对腺苷酸环化酶(AC)有明显的激活作用,本药的AC激活作用愈强,降眼压作用亦愈强。THe effect of the domestic Forskolin on lowering the intraocular pressure (IOP) of rabbits was studied. The results showed that the Forskolin significantly lowered the normal IOP of rabbits and blocked the ocular hypertension induced by water load in rabbits (p<0. 01). The maximum decrease valueof 2%, 1% and 0.5% of the Forskolin was 0. 5S. 0. 36 and 0. 19 kPa (lkPa=7.5mmHg),which showed the noticeable dose-effect relationship. Topical ocular application of Forskolin lowered IOP in 1/ 2 hour, reached to a peak in 2-3 hours and remained siginificantly for 10 hours. The pupillary diameter did not change when IOP were reduced. Forthermore, the Forskolin had potent stimulative properties to adenylate cyclase (AC). The greater the ability of the Forskolin to stimulate AC, the stronger the effect of IOP lowering.
