摘  要: PZT压电陶瓷片粘贴在混凝土结构表面产生沿表面传播的纵波、横波和Rayleigh波,试验表明,在发射信号频率为120kHz时,与横波和Rayleigh波相比,纵波的峰值随应力增加而减少最明显。卸载后的波形不能与加载前的波形重合,波速减小。峰峰值和波速随应力而变化是由于混凝土结构内微裂纹的张开和裂纹扩展引起的。利用纵波峰峰值与应力的关系,可望对混凝土结构承受的应力和内部裂纹扩展进行实时监测。PZT patches bonded on the surface of concrete structures can generate Pwaves,S waves and Rayleigh waves propagating along the surface of concrete structures.Experimental results show that the peak-to-peak amplitude of P waves decreases with compressive stress increasing when the frequency is about 120kHz.The change of P waves is the more obvious than S waves and Rayleigh waves during the whole loading procedure.After the first loading,the waveform with no stress is disserent from the initial waveform,and the wave velocity decreases.Variations of amplitude and velocity are caused by the opening of microcracks and generation of cracks within concrete.The correlation between the peak-to-peak amplitude of P waves and compressive stress can help to monitor stress and cracks of concrete structures.
