对胎儿晶体纤维缝管连接装置发生的冷冻复型透射电镜研究

摘  要:应用冷冻复型透射电镜技术对2至足月的人胎儿晶体纤维的观察结果显示,晶体纤维细胞膜的膜内微粒和缝管连接有明显的胎龄性差异。二个月者膜内微粒小,缝管连接不典型。三个月者膜内微粒明显增多,突起部及平整膜面出现大小不等的缝管连接。四个月以上者,平整膜面的缝管连接与三个月者相似。晶体纤维细胞膜的缝管连接可能在晶体生长发育过程中,起着物质运输和信息传递的作用。Lens-fiber of the human embryonic eye from two-month-old to full term has beenstudied by freeze-fracture etch of TEM.The results showed that embryonic age changesof inner membrane particle (IMP) and gap junction in lens-fiber membrane were remark-able appearance.The IMP of two-month-old embryonic lens-fiber was less and no typicalgap junction could be seen at this stage.In three-month-old of embryonic development,the number of IMP in lens-fiber increased apparently.And a lot of gap junctions wereformed in the membranes of protrusion and smooth part of the lens-fiber.From four-mon-th-old on, gap junction of smooth part of the lens-fiber was the same as three-month-oldone.The gap junction may play an important role in material transportation and commu-nicative transmission during embryonic development of the human eye.
