摘　　要：地理信息系统 (GIS)是一种计算机辅助工具 ,用于存储和分析在地理空间上和时间上发生的现象和事件。 GIS系统在航空航天、军事和民用等领域具有重要应用。数据库是 GIS系统的核心 ,空时数据的存储和查询是 GIS数据库中的两个重要问题。本文针对现有空时数据模型的不足 ,提出了一种基于线性约束数据库的空时数据模型 ,阐述了该模型与已有空时数据模型间的关系。本文进一步对关系数据模型上的 Datalog查询语言的语法和语义进行了推广 ,使之能够对提出的 GIS空时数据模型的数据进行查询。最后给出一个在飞船着陆场系统搜索救援中使用该数据模型的实例。通过该数据模型在实际系统中的使用 ,可以得出如下结论 :(1)基于线性约束数据库的数据模型不仅可以替代现有的空时数据模型 ,而且克服了这些模型不能表示无限空时数据的缺点和不能描述空间、时间坐标关系的缺点 ;(2 )针对该模型推广的 Datalog查询语言与结构化查询语言 SQL相比 ,具有更强的表达能力 ,可以描述诸如循环和传递闭包等复杂的应用语义。Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are computer-based tools for mapping and analyzing geographic phenomenon that exists and events that happen on earth. GIS are widely used in the areas of aeronautics and military. Database is the heart of the GIS, and the storage and query of spatiotemporal data are two important problems of GIS databases. A novel data model based on linear constraint database was proposed to overcome the shortcoming of commonly used data models, such as Tquel, K-Spaghetti and Worboys models. Then the relationship between this model and the other models was discussed. Furthermore, the syntax and semantics of standard Datalog query language was extended to facilitate data query of this model. Finally, a case study was presented to illustrate the application of this data model to a system of rescuing landing capsules. By the use of this data model in practical systems, folio wing conclusions can be drawn. (1) The proposed data model can substitute for the data models available, and has the advantages of expressing infinite spatiotemporal data and describing the relationship between spatial and temporal coordinates; (2) The extended Datalog has more powerful expressiveness than SQL, and can describe more complicated semantics, such as looping and transition closure.
