耳针治疗青光眼的降眼压作用研究

摘　　要：三年来用耳针治疗青光眼23例32眼取得良好疗效。32眼耳针前平均眼压4.47kPa,针后15分钟平均眼压3.8kPa,二者有显著差异(P<0.01);25眼耳针前平均眼压4.58kPa,针后30分钟平均眼压3.98kPa(P<0.01);20眼针前平均眼压4.28kPa,针后60分钟平均眼压3.64kPa(P<0.01)。。以上结果可见,耳针后15分钟、30分钟、60分钟眼压与针前比均有非常显著的差异。The authors have obtained satisfactory therapeutic effect intreating 23 cases (32eyes) of glaucoma with ear needling in the past three years.The average intraocular pre-ssure of all the eyes before treatment was 4.47 kPa and that 15 minutes after the needlingwas 3.8 kPa.In 25 eyes the intraocular pressure changed from 4.58 kPa before treatmentto 3.98 kPa 30 minutes after ear needlung In 20 eyes the intraocular pressure (4.28 kPabefore treatment) dropped to 3.64 kPa 60 minutes after ear needling,The result abovementioned indicated that there was a remarkable significance in the change of intraocul-repressure 15,30 and 60 minutes after ear needling,compared with that before ear needl-ing (P<0.01).
