小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证治疗方法研究

摘　　要：目的　分析小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证的病因病机 ,提出开肺化痰解毒治法 ,研制成清肺口服液。方法　以利巴韦林为对照 ,进行清肺口服液治疗小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证有效性和安全性的盲法、分层区组随机、平行对照、多中心临床研究。结果　试验组痊愈率 5 1.5 2 % ,痊愈显效率 89.6 2 % ;对照组痊愈率 2 8.7% ,痊愈显效率 73.92 %。清肺口服液疗效显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。OBJECTIVE To developed Qingfei Oral Liquid to ventilate the lung, resolve phlegm and remove toxin based on an analysis of the pathogenesis of infantile viral pneumonia with the syndrome of obstruction of the lung by phlegm heat. METHOD Clinical investigations were carried out to test the effectiveness and safety of the liquid. RESULT The result showed that the total effective rate was 51.52%, marked effective rate was 89.62%, cure rate was 28.7% and the marked effective cure rate was 73.92%, which were markedly higher than the control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION The method of ventilating the lung, resolving phlegm and removing toxin is effective for infantile viral pneumonia with the syndrome of obstruction of the lung by phlegm heat.
