通塞脉片治疗急性缺血性中风30例

摘　　要：目的　观察通塞脉片对急性缺血性中风的治疗作用及其作用机理。方法　 6 0例患者随机分为 2组。对照组采用西医基本治疗方法 ,治疗组加用通塞脉片 ,疗程均为 1个月。评价通塞脉片对急性缺血性中风神经功能缺损和中医证候、血脂、血液流变学、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化脂质 (LPO)等指标的影响。结果　神经功能缺损治疗组总有效率为 90 .0 0 % ,2组比较 ,P <0 .0 5。治疗组能明显降低全血黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原及血浆比黏度 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ;降低TC、TG和提高HDL ch水平 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;提高SOD活性 (P <0 .0 5 )、并清除体内LPO的功能 (P <0 .0 1)。OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongsaimai Tablet on acute ischemic apoplexy and its mechanism. METHOD 60 patients were divided randomly into two groups. The control group were treated with western methods and the treatment group were treated with Tongsaimai Tablet in addition. All the patients were treated for one month. RESULT The total effective rate for the group with neural function defects was 90.00%, with marked effect between the two groups (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the whole blood viscosity, packed cell volume, fibrinogen and plasma viscosity were reduced (P<0.05～0.01); TC and TG were decreased and HDL-ch increased (P<0.05); SOD activity was increased (P<0.05); and LPO function in the body was cleared (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Tongsaimai Tablet is effective for acute ischemic apoplexy.
