摘　　要：提出了适合中小城市的消防通信指挥系统的建设原则 ,详细讨论了适应不同通信环境和投资规模的设计方案和主要实现方法。这种设计充分运行 C3 I技术 ,并将 CTI、GPS和 GIS相结合 。The paper puts forward the construction principle of fire control communication command system that is suitable for middle or small city,and gives more description about the design scheme and implementation means for all kinds of communication environment and investment scale.C 3I technique is used fully,and CTI,GPS and GIS are combined in the design,that provides the widely directive sense for fire command system of middle or small city.
