高效液相色谱法测定盐酸噻氯匹定胶囊的含量

摘　　要：目的建立盐酸噻氯匹定胶囊的高效液相色谱 (HPLC)含量测定方法。方法盐酸噻氯匹定胶囊的HPLC含量测定色谱条件 :ODS柱 ,流动相 :0 .1%三乙胺溶液 (用磷酸调pH 2 .5 ) 甲醇 (6 0∶4 0 ) ,检测波长 :2 33nm ,流速 :1.0ml/min。结果盐酸噻氯匹定胶囊HPLC含量测定方法的线性范围为 10ng～ 10 μg ,日内RSD为0 .5 0 % ,日间RSD为 0 .4 6 %。结论此方法简便 ,准确可靠 。PurposeA high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for quantitative determination of Ticlopidine hydrochloride capsules had been developed.MethodsThe HPLC method for determination of Ticlopidine hydrochloride capsules was:ODS column,mobile phase:0.1% tyiethylamine(adjusted to pH 2.5 with 85% phosphoric acid)-methanol(60∶40),detector wavelength:233 nm,flow rate:1.0 ml/min.ResultsThe linear range was 10 ng～10 μg,quantitation limit was 10 ng,and RSD within day was 0.50%,RSD between days was 0.46%.ConclusionThe method was simple and reliable.
