萘甲异喹对离体心脏及冠状动脉的影响

摘  要:目的 :观察萘甲异喹对离体兔心及猪冠脉条的影响。方法 :采用Langendorff法灌流离体兔心 ,观察其心肌收缩张力 ,冠脉流量及心率的变化 ;用离体器官测定仪记录冠脉条张力曲线。结果 :萘甲异喹显著增加冠脉流量、抑制心率及心肌收缩力、并对抗垂体后叶素所致冠脉条痉挛 ,其作用与剂量及时间成正相关 ;萘甲异喹显著对抗KCl引起的冠脉条收缩 ,增加CaCl2 浓度可使其作用逆转。结论 :萘甲异喹通过拮抗Ca2 +Objective:To study the effect of Naphthymethyl Isoquinoline(NI) on isolated hearts and coronary arteries.Methods:Effects of NI on coronary arterial flows(CAF),heart rate(HR) and myocardial contractive force(MCF) were studied with isolated rabbit hearts.Effects of NI on coronary arterial dilatation were studied with isolated pig coronary strips.Results:NI significantly increased CAF, inhibited HR and MCF which displayed dose-dependent and time-dependent, and antagonized coronary convulsion induced by pitiutrin.NI significantly antagonized the contraction of isolated pig coronary strips which induced by KCl. These effects could be reversed by increasing the concentration of Ca 2+ .Conclusions:Results show that increasing CAF of NI is considered to be related to antagonizing Ca 2+ .
