摘 要:2001-2002年,对来自长江流域棉区的80份次陆地棉新品种(系、组合)进行了抗枯萎病鉴定,对48份次新品种进行了抗黄萎病鉴定。抗枯萎病鉴定结果:有13份次品种抗枯萎病,占鉴定材料的16.25%;50个品种耐枯萎病,占62.50%;17个感枯萎病,占21.25%。抗黄萎病鉴定结果:有3个抗病,占鉴定材料的6.25%;41个品种耐黄萎病,占85.42%,4个感黄萎病,占8.33%。与往年相比,新品种的抗病性有了明显的提高。In 2001 and 2002, 80 new varieties (strains , cross-pollinated combinations) of Gossypium hirsu-tum L. were tested for their resistibility to Fusarium wilt and 48 were for identification of resistance to Verti-cillium wilt from the Yangze River drainage cotton-growing area.The results showed that 13 varieties expressed disease resistance (account for 16. 25%),50 were tolerant(62. 50%) and 17 susceptible (21. 25%) to Fusarium wilt. 3 varieties(6. 25%) were resistant to Vertillium wilt,41(85. 4%) were tolerant,4(8. 33%) were susceptible. The percentage of resistant varieties tested during this period was higher than that in former years.
