摘 要:为了解决现有的在线微机开票系统普遍存在的实时数据可靠性不高和面向多站开票时效率低的问题,提出了一种多站召唤式在线微机开票系统的设计思想和实现方法。该系统的实时数据获取基于3层结构和召唤式的方法,即只在特定的一些时刻有选择性地获取相应变电站的相关实时数据,这样既保证了在多站开票时现场和开票系统数据的一致性,又大大减轻了网络和服务器的负担。另外,系统还引入了实时数据校核机制,提高了数据可靠性和安全性。The existing on-line order-forming system has the disadvantages of poor security of real-time data and low efficiency of order-formation oriented to multi-substations. Therefore, a novel design philosophy and implementing method of multi-substation calling up on-line system is proposed. The acquisition of the real-time data of the system is based on a three-layer configuration and the calling up method, that is, selectively acquiring the relevant real-time data of the corresponding substations only at given moments, which not only insures the consistency but also greatly lightens the burden of network and server. In addition, the system has enhanced the reliability and security of the data by introducing the data checking mechanism.
