摘　　要：财政在苏中地区沿江开发中具有重要的支撑和保障作用。在比较研究苏中地区和苏南地区财政支持能力的基础上,重点研究苏中地区财政在沿江开发中的功能定位和支持体系,以供苏中地方政府作决策参考。Public finance plays a vital supporting and securing role in the development along the Yangtze River in Central Jiangsu.This paper,based on the comparison of the financial supporting abilities between Central and Southern Jiangsu,has focused emphasis on the research on the function orientation and financial supporting system for Central Jiangsu.The goal of the research is to provide reference for local governments.
