主动脉右冠窦瘤破裂合并室缺的彩超诊断

摘　　要：目的　探讨主动脉右冠窦瘤破裂合并室缺的超声诊断。方法　 2 3例患者术前进行彩色多普勒血流显像检查 ,并与手术结果对照。结果　 2 3例主动脉右冠窦瘤破裂及 2 0例合并室缺的超声诊断与手术结果一致 ;但 3例室缺超声漏诊 ,且超声测量室缺的大小比实际缺损小。结论　彩色多普勒血流显像能对大多数右冠窦瘤破裂合并室缺做出明确诊断 ,为手术提供可靠依据。Objective To explore the diagnosis accuracy of the ruptured aneurysm of right coronary sinus and associated ventricular septal defect(VSD)by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Methods Twenty-three patients with ruptured aneurysm of right coronary sinus and VSD were detected preopratively by CDFI,and the CDFI findings were compared with the oprative findings.Results The echocardiographic findings of 23 patients with ruptured aneurysm of right coronary sinus and 20 patients with associated VSD were coincident with their surgical findings.Three associated VSD were not found by CDFI. Also, the dimensions of VSD measured by echocardiography were less than that of surgical findings.Conclusion CDFI can discover not only the ruptured aneurysm of right coronary sinus,but also the associated VSD.
